Looking back at the Digital highlights that shaped 2009
In many respects 2009 has been a difficult year for most Companies and ensuring that focus is kept on return on investment through smart marketing initiatives to retain market share and clients has been absolutely vital. Congratulations to everyone for “sticking in there”, remaining positive and contributing to keeping business and the economy moving.

Virtuosa has had a successful year and has much to be proud of, not least the great clients we have served and our absolutely fantastic Team. The Team has grown in numbers as well as experience, dedicating themselves to focusing on our vision of being the “best of breed” in our disciplines and have accreditations and client feedback to show for this.

The year ahead, 2010, is going to be an absolutely solid year for the country and will see growth in revenues bounce-back. What is going to be important is to plan and strategise for post World Cup to ensure that sustainable strategies are in place. In Digital, the focus should be placed on mobile internet and applications as this is the future of consumer marketing, with highly targeted audiences and ability for customization of messaging and one-on-one consumer engagements.
