The Fund is a publicly traded company and listed on the JSE under the Financials: Real Estate sector. Hospitality's portfolio consists of investments in 23 hotel and resort properties.

Objectives of the project
Virtuosa had to develop a distinct online presence for Crowne Plaza Johannesburg - The Rosebank; grow enquiries and bookings by driving traffic through an online enquiry form; and ensure implementation of onsite SEO for visibility in search engines.

Virtuosa was tasked with the redesign of the online identity for the recently rebranded Crowne Plaza Johannesburg - The Rosebank. The brand’s online presence had to reflect its offline personality, with a strong ongoing e-Marketing strategy to drive sales and brand awareness.
