We have an opportunity for a highly motivated, self directed, strategically minded individual with strong business acumen and a proven track record in Communications Management.
We are looking for an individual that is a team player with good social skills, hardworking, conscientious, ability to work under pressure, pro-active thinker and deadline driven. An understanding of digital marketing and especially reputation management will be vital.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather, aggregate and analyze data and information for strategic output
- Work with other strategists and MD to iterate and finalise conclusions for final presentation
- Evaluation of clients requirements to identify market and campaign opportunities, and propose programmes of work resulting from strategy
- Develop strategies from information and briefs from clients relating to digital campaigns and brand objectives with creative, technology and account management team
- Develop measurement models to determine performance and ROI
- Competitor review for specific clients
- Assist account managers with client strategy when required
- Business analysis
- Business Development
Requirements
- Two to three years communication experience
- Brand analyst skills
- Understanding and ability to generate content and brand objectives
- Good knowledge and understanding of Online Reputation Management and Social Media
- Previous strong brand experience with communications and customer interface skills
- Previous marketing experience or Advertising/Marketing agency experience would be a plus
- Experience in data analysis but will also be able to think about the big picture and plan for the long term
Reporting and analytics is key for this position. It is therefore important to have the right skills (maths, computer skills, report writing skills, etc) in order for your application to be considered.
